Tapioca Starch

TAPIOCA STARCH is a carbohydrate formed naturally in very large quantities and play a vital role in our lives.In English It is TAPIOCA STARCH/ Flour or Cassava Starch or a familiar the name that local Vietnamese people usually use is Bot Nang. This type of starch can be used very popularly in daily life which is extracted from cassava roots.If I have to choose among potatoes starch and corn starch, I would personal pick tapioca starch. Because it is nearly identical to potatoes starch and much better than than corn starch but in term of the cost it is making a better of than others. That's why nowadays there is a huge demand for this starch all over the world
